The Staff Analyst (SA) will support the ODR Housing Program focused on the diversion and release of individuals with serious mental illness and histories of homelessness from LA County Jails. The ODR Housing Program is a jail based diversion program that assists individuals with exiting jail and homelessness and connects program participants to community based housing, treatment, and on-going case management support. This role will serve as the operations court lead for coordination and tracking of referrals, clinical screening, legal review, court document submissions, and more. As appropriate, the SA will engage with the justice partners (attorneys, court staff), ODR staff, and community based providers to facilitate the pre-release process.
